VERY nice shots! Your daughter definitely has some talent behind the lens...I'd suspect she gets it honest.

Thx, in all honesty I was pretty amazed when I saw the pictures. She's been freely handling cameras (including expensive ones) from being a toddler, she's had her first own compact for her second birthday, and she's showed a lot of interest in my 4/3 bodies. They're just her size and she loves to be able to switch between LCD and EVF and play the shots she's just taken. She didn't get on with the NEX as well since I used them with MF lenses only and she's too young to comprehend peaking (or have the patience to try). Now that I'm getting a loaner GX-1 again, I'm sure she's gonna be back at it.

Wow Claire, I'm mightly impressed by your beautiful daugther - those 2 shots of her handling the camera are priceless!!! I mean, just look at her, the way she holds the camera, the way she's examing her shot afterwards - she's doing it like a pro even at that age I predict a very bright (photography) future for her

    AMAZING!!!

Thank you Nick. Yeah she's my little photographer, all right.

We went to the zoo last summer and I'd taken the D90 and GX-1 with EVF and 40-150 zoom. Guess what.. I had to use the D90 full time because she'd stolen the Panny !! She had a blast shooting the animals. I'm happy that she is interested in photography already, and confident that getting familiar with it so young will be very helpful later...

Thanked by serhan, eno789 and NickCyprus.
